Alec Sherk
Head Sports Performance Coach
About
Hi everyone, my name is Alec Sherk. My journey in the sports performance field started on the playing field like most coaches. I was an athlete in college where I developed my passion for strength & conditioning. After graduating from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, I had a short stint as my alma mater’s pitching coach before I started my coaching career at Cressey Sports Performance. At Cressey Sports Performance, I got one-on-one coaching experience with a variety of athletes of all ages. At the conclusion of my time at CSP I decided to accept a position at 2SP sports performance. At 2SP I had the opportunity to work with athletes from professional hockey players, entire collegiate baseball programs, and high school athletes from all walks of life. I am very excited to begin my journey at Focus, and I cannot wait to interact with all of the athletes that I will meet along the way
