 About

Maddie graduated from Washington College in 2017 where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and played varsity lacrosse, after graduation Maddie was the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Washington College.

 

In 2019 Maddie attended Salisbury University where she completed her Master of Science in Applied Health and Physiology with a concentration in strength and conditioning. While attending Salisbury University Maddie worked as a graduate assistant designing strength and conditioning programs for both male and female varsity sports.

 

Once Maddie received her graduate degree she was hired at IMG Academy to become the assistant strength and conditioning coach. While at IMG Maddie developed strength and conditioning programs for a multitude of sports including football, baseball, lacrosse and soccer. She also worked directly with coaching and athletic staff to develop injury and prevention protocols.

-          USAW- USA Weightlifting Level

-          AHA BLS- American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Liz Pardo-Heflin

About

Liz graduated from Shenandoah University in 2018 where she studied Health and Physical Education and was a four year starter for the field hockey team, where she was also part of the first ever ODAC championship win in 2016. Throughout college Liz worked in a private sector gym when she returned home for breaks, MAD Fitness, where she work with all sports and ages ranging from 5 to collegiate athletes.

In 2018, Liz went to graduate school at Georgia College and State University where she studied Human Performance. There she was also a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach for the Womens Soccer and Mens Baseball teams.

In January of 2020 Liz was hired by the Baltimore Orioles as their Low A affiliate Strength and Conditioning coach. She spent three seasons with the Orioles helping to develop the younger players specifically with their nutrition habits and movement patterns along with making them faster and stronger.
